At Trucks Diy, we take pride in offering a customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy. Cancel your order at any time before it ships, completely free of charge (exceptions apply for custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are specifically produced for your order. These products are created to your specifications or assembled once you place your order. Once you’ve placed an order, production begins. Your warranty ensures a fully operational product.

If you are unsure whether your order is for a custom or made-to-order product, please contact us before making your purchase.

All sales of custom or made-to-order products are final.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange a product, you may do so; however, you are responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return or exchange process.

Not all orders can be returned once shipped. We order directly from manufacturers, and some may not accept returns. This varies depending on the product and manufacturer; please reach out to us for more information on your specific order.

Due to increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any returns will incur a 20% cancellation fee plus return shipping fees. If you are replacing an item with something else, we may assist with some of the costs depending on the product.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. However, the product-specific return policy on the product page takes precedence and may differ from this general return policy.

Our refund processing time is 3-5 business days

Shipping Times

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Shipping times on product pages are estimates provided by our suppliers and freight companies, and these times may change without notice due to supply chain issues, production delays, or other unforeseen factors.

Order delays are sometimes unavoidable, and while we understand it can be frustrating, we ask for your patience during these challenging times. We greatly appreciate your business and understanding.

Purchase Agreement Acknowledgment

By making a purchase from Trucks Diy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • You will inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours by taking pictures and contacting us.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any shipping costs associated with exchanges or refunds.
  • Products must be returned unopened and unused. Additional restocking fees may apply.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be fully refunded.
  • Returns after shipping are subject to return shipping fees and restocking fees (typically around 20%).
  • Estimated shipping times are subject to change and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  • You agree not to file a chargeback or cancel your order due to shipping delays or changes in estimated delivery times.

Damages

Inspect your items upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, make sure to document it and report it within 24 hours. Send pictures of the damage, the box, and the SKU to support@trucksdiy.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Any visible exterior damage or punctures must be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty

Warranty details vary by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for specific warranty information. Warranty claims cover damage that occurs over time or from use, but damage upon arrival must be reported within 30 days for warranty coverage.

Returns

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error unless specified otherwise on the product page.

Most products come with a guarantee, ensuring you receive a fully functional product. For more information, refer to the product page for specific details.

BOGO Promotions

For Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotions, both items must be returned to receive a full refund. If one item is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit for the value of that item. If your order has shipped, you are responsible for return shipping and, depending on the manufacturer, a restocking fee may apply.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Our goal is to provide the best service possible. If you experience an issue, please reach out to us first. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for issues that can be resolved with our team will result in criminal liability for theft. We are here to assist and resolve any concerns quickly, so please contact us before taking any further action.
